The products are a big hit with my wife who loves to entertain and does a great job making sushi for family and friends. If you're a sushi adventurist, I highly recommend this product. We've made sushi a few times now, and this roller is really all you need to create perfectly good rolls, even if you've never rolled sushi before. We live in a small town and were having trouble finding a sushi mat in the stores in our area. We found this on Amazon and had it delivered within a day or two.
